Blood Shot is a character-specific Item craftable only by Wurt with the "Itchcraft I" skill. Blood Shot can be used to heal 16 hp to Wurt players (even if they don't have "Itchcraft I") or 100 hp to Merms.

Itchcraft II

If Blood Shot was used by Wurt with the "Itchcraft II" skill it will heal +1 hp 10 times during some time for Wurt and +5 hp 10 times for Merms.
