The Communal Kelp Dish is a special structure that can be crafted by Wurt with the "Community Feeder I" skill and can only be placed on Marsh Turf. All Craftsmerm Houses and Merm Flort-ifications within its range will respawn Merms faster. It has 4 slots, each able to hold 1 Kelp Fronds. Every Kelp Fronds in the Communal Kelp Dish will make Merms respawn faster by 8%, up to a maximum of 32% with all slots filled. It can be interacted with in order to call nearby Merms to eat the kelp. Each Merm will eat 1 Kelp Fronds from it and start following you. Hitting the structure with a Hammer will drop all Kelp Fronds.
Communal Kelp Dish can be filled with Kelp Fronds only by Wurt or player with Clever Disguise. But a player with Clever Disguise cannot interact with the Communal Kelp Dish to gather Merms.
The Superior Communal Kelp Dish is a special structure that can be crafted only by Wurt with the "Community Feeder II" skill and it can only be placed in Marsh Turf. It works similar to the common Communal Kelp Dish. All Craftsmerm Houses and Merm Flort-ifications within its range will respawn Merms faster. It has 6 slots, each able to hold 1 Kelp Fronds. Every Kelp Fronds in the Superior Communal Kelp Dish will make Merms respawn faster by 8%, up to a maximum of 48% with all slots filled. It can be used by Wurt with the "Community Feeder II" skill to gather Merms. It can be interacted with in order to call nearby Merms to eat the kelp. Each Merm will eat 1 Kelp Fronds from it and start following you. Hitting the structure with a Hammer will drop all Kelp Fronds.
Superior Communal Kelp Dish can be filled with Kelp Fronds only by Wurt or player with Clever Disguise. But a player with Clever Disguise cannot interact with the Superior Communal Kelp Dish to gather Merms.
Tips
You can first build the Communal Kelp Dish or Superior Communal Kelp Dish with the necessary skills, and then respawn your Wurt at the Celestial Portal with other skills selected. This will allow you to fill this structure with Kelp Fronds without the "Community Feeder I" or "Community Feeder II" skills.
