Ice Boat

The Ice Boat (or Ocean Ice) is a Floating Platform that spawns after an Ice Floe collapses. It will slowly lose health at a rate of -2 /s and drops 3 Ice once its health reaches 0 and leaves behind some visual small pieces of ice on water.
