You never know what's lurking within its depths. Unless you have a fishing rod.

Tidal Pools are small bodies of water that spawn in Tidal Marsh biomes in the Shipwrecked DLC. They are available in 3 different sizes. Each Tidal Pool is surrounded by 2 to 4 Plants based on its size.

By using a Fishing Rod, the player can obtain Tropical Fish from Tidal Pools. Fishermerms can also harvest Tropical Fish from Tidal Pools, however they will not eat the fish, allowing the player to collect them. Tidal Pools contain a maximum of 10 Tropical Fish, and they spawn a new one every 160 seconds if there are less than 10.
