The Salt Rack is an item added during The Gorge temporary event. Can be bought from Billy for 8 Old Coins. Used to use salt. You can put it on a Salt Pond, after 2.5 minutes the salt will accumulate on the rope and you can collect and grind it.

It is advised to buy a salt rack as early as possible to get the salt and open the Safes. You should not put more than one rack - it will not have any practical benefit.
