Roasted Potato is obtained by cooking an Potato over a fire. It restores 20 health instead of costing 3 health, deducts no Sanity, and restores 12.5 more hunger than a raw Potato. It takes 6 days to spoil. It has the same Crock Pot uses as its raw variant.
Only during the Event:The Gorge
Potatoes are featured in The Gorgeevent in Don't Starve Together. They grow from Fluffy Seeds, which can be bought from Sammy for one Old Coin. A patch of four potatoes can be found already grown in the Swamp Pig village. A Potato can be made into a Roast Potato by being cooked at the Campfire next to the Swamp Pig Elder. Potatoes can be used in a variety of Cooking Recipes exclusive to The Gorge.

Trivia
The Potato was originally exclusive to The Gorge event, but it was later introduced into the main game along with the WarlyCharacter Update.
Winona's quote (I just think they're neat.) is a reference to The Simpsons.
Wolfgang's quote when examining a Roasted Potato (Is golden brown! Texture like sun!) is a reference to the song "Golden Brown" by The Stranglers.
Winona's quote (I've always been a meat and potatoes gal.) for a cooked potato references the common North-American saying which means 'just the basic necessities', referencing her character as the humble factory worker who doesn't need anything fancy.
