A Koalefant Trunk is a Meat Food item dropped by Koalefants. It can be used to craft a Breezy Vest.
Unlike most meats, Koalefant Trunks cannot be used in the Crock Pot or dried on the Drying Rack; however, they can be fed to a bird in a Birdcage to produce an Egg. Cooking increases the Health and Hunger benefits of the Trunk as well as more than doubling the spoil time.

A Koalefant Trunk Steak is made by cooking a Koalefant Trunk or a Winter Koalefant Trunk over a Campfire, Fire Pit or Star.
Although the Koalefant Trunk is a hearty food it may be wiser to make one first into a Breezy Vest for the Winter, due to the rarity of Koalefants. However, if it is near spoiling, it can be eaten to prevent it going to waste.
