The Grim Galette is a Warly-specific Vegetable Food Item cooked in the Portable Crock Pot that is exclusive to Don't Starve Together. It requires two Nightmare Fuel, a Potato and an Onion to cook. Upon consuming a Grim Galette, the player's current Health and Sanity percentage values are swapped.

- The Grim Galette and Mushy Cake are the only dishes in
with only one possible recipe. - Wearing a Nightmare Amulet or Bone Helm and eating a Grim Galette will cause instant death.
- Grim Galette, besides Jellybeans, is the only food item that can be used to restore Wormwood's health.
- Grim Galette will not swap sanity and age of Wanda.
- Galette is a term used in French cuisine to designate various types of flat round or freeform crusty cakes.
- Despite the name of this item, its appearance and ingredients used are more similar to butter pie than true galettes, with the Nightmare Fuel in the place of the butter.
