A Pumpkin is an uncommon Vegetable that can be Farmed from Farm Plots by planting Seeds for a 11% chance of growing or using Pumpkin Seeds (Sharp Seeds). It can be used as an ingredient in several Crock Pot recipes, particularly Pumpkin Cookies. Feeding a Pumpkin to a Bird in a Birdcage will produce 1–2 Pumpkin Seeds, and half the time 1 regular Seeds. In Don't Starve Together, you will always get 1 Pumpkin Seed. It can also be combined with Fireflies (caught with a net) to create a Pumpkin Lantern.

Hot Pumpkin is a Vegetable food item made by Cooking a Pumpkin at a Campfire, Fire Pit, or a Dwarf Star. It restores more than double the health of its raw counterpart. It can also be used as an ingredient in several Crock Pot recipes.
