The Moon Shroom is a Vegetable Food item that is exclusive to Don't Starve Together. It can be harvested from Lunar Mushtrees or Naked Mole Bat Burrows, both inside the Lunar Grotto. Eating it raw will restore 12.5 and 10 . It also applies 6.6 seconds of Grogginess, slowing down the player.

Mixing uncooked Moon Shrooms along with uncooked Red, Green and Blue Caps inside a Crock Pot will make the Mushy Cake, which increases sleep resistance.

Cooked Moon Shroom is a vegetable food item made by Cooking a Moon Shroom on a fire. Eating it will cost 12.5 and 10 . It will also remove all effects of Grogginess from the player.
