The Milkmade Hat is an item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. It is obtained by cooking 1 Naked Nostrils, 1 raw Kelp Fronds, 1 Dairy, and any filler (Twigs, Eggs, Carrots, etc).

It restores 3.9 Hunger every 5 seconds for a total of 187.5 over 4 minutes, and will only perish while equipped. Spore bombs thrown by Toadstool can reduce its perish time.

Being neither meat nor goodies, Wigfrid will refuse to equip and be fed by it. Despite being a hat, it still counts as food. As such, Wortox will still only benefit 50% from it.
