The Sleek Hat is a craftable Hat Item in the Shipwrecked DLC. It is found in the Dress Tab, requires a Coconut, 2 Vines and a Shark Fin to craft and an Alchemy Engine to prototype. The hat, when worn, makes the Player Speed 25% faster (similar to the speed of the Walking Cane), and provides 50% resistance against Strong Winds. It lasts 3 Days when worn, a Sewing Kit repairs it to full durability. The increased speed also applies to boats while sailing.
