The Bee Queen Crown is a head slot Armor Item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in A New Reign. It is obtained by killing the Bee Queen or from Gifts dropped by the Loot Stash. The Bee Queen Crown has 945 durability and absorbs 70% of physical damage. It also provides 20% Wetness resistance.
While worn, it converts any Sanity drain auras into half as much sanity gain (for example if player is affected by -400/min sanity aura, then wearing the crown will convert it to +200/min aura). It should be noted that it only grants sanity from insanity auras. This means that no sanity is gained from items with a passive sanity drain, sanity reducing food sources, and Charlie. Additionally, the Bee Queen Crown will trigger the Bow Emote on all nearby players when idle.
As of the October QoL update, it can be deconstructed using a Deconstruction Staff for 4 Honeycombs, 2 Royal Jelly, and 3 Honey. It will also spawn 4 Bees.

Tips
- Certain creatures and structures have insanity auras and are or can be passive to the player. Easy and safe ways to perpetually gain sanity include standing near pacified Tree Guards, on top of Evil Flowers, near a Houndius Shootius, or near passive Beardlords or Bearger.
