The Portable Grinding Mill is a craftable Item exclusive to Don't Starve Together. It can only be crafted and used by Warly, requiring 2 Gold Nuggets, 2 Electrical Doodads, and 4 Twigs. Like the Portable Crock Pot, it can be held in a player's inventory and can be placed as a Structure. When it is placed, it acts as a Crafting station and grants access to the Seasonings Filter.
