The Cartographer's Desk is a Don't Starve Together exclusive Structure, introduced in A New Reign. It can be found in the Prototypers & Stations Filter and Structures Filter, requires a Compass, and four Boards to craft, and a Science Machine to prototype. The Cartographer's Desk can be used to access the Cartography Filter and craft Map Scrolls. The Cartographer's Desk grants the ability to add what others have already discovered on the Map.

The Cartographer's Desk also has the ability to erase Blueprints, Tackle Adverts, Sketches, Costume Patterns, Recipe Cards, and Lost Scrapbook Pages turning them into one Papyrus, each.

Tips

• If the Map Scroll is created on the surface, it will not transfer any Caves map data and vice versa.
• The Cartographer's Desk tends to be more useful on servers with larger maps.
• There are Mods that make the Cartographer's Desk and Map Scrolls redundant. Therefore, players should be cautious on modded servers to avoid building redundant structures.
