Rope is a Refined Item crafted with 3 Cut Grass. A Science Machine is required to unlock the recipe. Additionally, Rope can be found in Tumbleweeds.

Rope can be used to craft various Tools and Weapons. It can also be used to refuel a Fire Pit by 90 seconds or a Campfire by 45 seconds.

Twine Twirler

Walter with "Twine Twirler" skill need only 2 Cut Grass to craft Rope.

Trivia

• In the old research system, the research cost of a Rope was 30.
• In older versions of the game, rope used to fuel fires with as much energy as boards would (360/180 seconds). However, that was fixed to give the same amount as 3 cut grass.
