The Unnatural Portal is a naturally spawning object exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in The Curse of Moon Quay update. It can be found on Moon Quay Island.
Every 15 seconds, the portal will spawn one of the following items.
- Nothing (23.3%)
- Twigs (11.7%)
- Cut Grass (11.7%)
- Rocks (11.7%)
- Monkeytails (11.7%)
- Palmcone Sprout (11.7%)
- Banana Bush (11.7%)
- Crustashine (4.7%)
- Powder Monkey (2.3%)
This will occur until 10 total listed items have spawned from the portal (including creatures). Removing spawned item in any way (deleting, using it in crafting, killing a creature etc.) or moving it more than 80 units from the portal, will free up a slot for another item to spawn. Additionally, when a player is near, the portal will generate a large batch of resources in a portal event, once per day, 4 minutes after the new day has started. This event produces 2 Cut Grass, 2 Rocks, 2 Twigs, 2 Palmcone Sprouts, 1 Banana Bush, 1 Monkeytails, and 1 Powder Monkey.
Feeding the portal a Moongleam will force a portal event to occur.
