The Red Crown trinket was added as part of the Cult of the Lamb Crossover. It can be obtained from a Crumpled Package which is found by fishing in the Lake at the Oasis.
Giving a Red Crown to the Antlion will reward the player with the rare Blueprints for the Humble Lamb Idol, Gold Flooring, and Brick Flooring.
