The Gizmo is a special resource that can be acquired only by Winona with the Founder's Keepers II skill. When equipping Inspectacles, Winona can find Gizmo from opening Advanced Cacheboxes, which has 25% chance to appear.
The Gizmo can only be stored in Winona's inventory and cannot be put inside any storage container. When left on the ground, it will disappear after a few seconds.
It can be used for crafting the Teletransport Station or Portasol.
