The Ball and Cup has a 4.17% chance of being found when digging up a grave. A Cup-and-ball refers to a traditional children's toy where the player tried to catch the ball, which has a small cup, or hole, via the toy's handle. It can be traded to the Pig King for 4 Gold Nuggets.

The Ball and Cup can be spawned into the game with the code "trinket_7".
