Shroom Skin is an Item found in Don't Starve Together, introduced in A New Reign. It is dropped by Toadstool at 70% and 40% health. Misery Toadstool drops an additional Shroom Skin at 20% health. A skin also has a 20% chance to appear in the 4th bundle from the Loot Stash after defeating Klaus.

Shroom Skin is a major crafting ingredient of the Mushlight, the Glowcap and the Napsack. The Blueprints for the Mushlight and Glowcap are dropped when Toadstool is defeated, the Napsack blueprint when Misery Toadstool is defeated. There's also an 11% chance for either the Mushlight or Glowcap blueprint to show up in the 4th bundle of the Loot Stash (5.6% each).
